We are expanding our academic team, and are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Legal Reasoning & Current Affairs Faculty to mentor and guide our aspirants for CLAT, AILET, and other law entrance exams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Delivery

  • Conduct engaging, concept-driven classroom sessions (offline & online) for Legal Reasoning and Current Affairs (including Static GK, Legal Updates, and Contemporary Issues).
  • Simplify complex legal principles and current topics into relatable, easy-to-understand content for students.
  • Ensure timely completion of syllabus as per academic planning and exam timelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, handouts, and presentations aligned with Toprankers’ pedagogy and course objectives.

2. Content Development & Research

  • Develop and update high-quality academic content, practice questions, and test material for CLAT and allied law entrance exams.
  • Stay abreast of current national and international legal developments, government policies, and socio-political trends relevant to CLAT and AILET GK sections.
  • Contribute to monthly current affairs digests, student blogs, and academic discussions.

3. Student Engagement & Mentorship

  • Conduct doubt-solving sessions, mock discussions, and test analyses.
  • Provide academic mentorship and performance feedback to students, helping them strengthen conceptual understanding and exam temperament.
  • Inspire and motivate aspirants by creating a positive and competitive classroom environment.

4. Collaboration & Improvement

  • Collaborate with other faculty members and academic teams for curriculum enrichment and academic innovation.
  • Participate in internal training, workshops, and faculty development sessions.
  • Contribute to periodic webinars, live sessions, and public interactions representing Toprankers.



Desired Profile

Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a National Law University (NLU) or other reputed law school.
  • Candidates with prior teaching or mentoring experience in the CLAT / AILET / Legal Aptitude domain will be at an advantage.
Experience:
  • 1–8 years of experience in teaching / content creation / mentoring for law entrance exams.
  • Fresh NLU graduates with strong legal aptitude and interest in academics may also apply.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
  • Strong conceptual understanding of legal principles, reasoning, and current affairs.
  • Ability to connect with students and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving startup culture.
