Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions at the Bhopal location. This role requires a strong balance between recruitment execution and HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles.
Drive hiring for faculty, sales, marketing, operations, and support functions.
Design sourcing strategies including campus hiring, referral programs, and vendor management.
Ensure quality of hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and reduced early attrition.
Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards.
Build employer branding initiatives in the Bhopal market.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

Manage onboarding and structured induction programs.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Drive payroll coordination and compensation structuring support.
Oversee leave management and attendance systems.
Handle full & final settlements and exit formalities.

3. Performance & People Management

Support appraisal cycles and performance review frameworks.
Assist business heads in setting KRAs and performance benchmarks.
Identify training needs and coordinate L&D initiatives.
Drive engagement initiatives to reduce attrition.
Manage employee grievance redressal processes.
Promote a high-performance and accountability-driven culture.

4. Strategic HR Initiatives

Support workforce planning aligned with business growth.
Build retention strategies for high-performing faculty and sales teams.
Develop HR dashboards and analytics for leadership review.
Strengthen HR SOPs and process documentation.

Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in HR (mix of recruitment and HR operations).
Prior experience in EdTech / Education / Sales-driven organizations preferred.
Strong understanding of labour law compliance.
Demonstrated ability to hire in volume as well as niche roles.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and MIS/reporting capabilities.
High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
