We are now looking for a Head – Organic Marketing to lead our SEO charter across brands, verticals, and platforms.

Role Overview

The Head – Organic Marketing will own the complete organic growth strategy for TopRankers and its portfolio brands. This is a leadership role responsible for driving high-intent traffic, improving SERP dominance across exam categories, and building a scalable content and technical SEO engine.
The role demands strong strategic thinking, data orientation, team leadership capability, and deep hands-on expertise in SEO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Growth Ownership

Define and execute a long-term SEO roadmap aligned with business growth targets.
Own organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion contribution, and revenue attribution.
Identify high-value exam categories, geographies, and user intent clusters for scale.
Build a strong organic funnel across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.

2. Multi-Brand SEO Leadership

Lead SEO strategy across all TopRankers verticals (IPMAT, CLAT, Judiciary, CUET, etc.).
Develop cluster-based content architecture and internal linking frameworks.
Build authority through topical dominance and structured content ecosystems.
Identify and close content gaps across competitor landscapes.

3. Technical SEO Excellence

Oversee website audits, crawl management, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema implementation, and site health.
Work closely with tech teams to ensure SEO-friendly development practices.
Manage migrations, domain structures, and subfolder/subdomain strategies where needed.

4. Content & Editorial Strategy

Collaborate with academic and content teams to create search-intent driven content.
Build scalable content production systems (blogs, landing pages, pillar pages, tools).
Drive AI-enabled workflows without compromising quality and search intent alignment.
Ensure E-E-A-T compliance and authority-building strategies.

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

Lead, mentor, and scale the SEO and content team.
Set KRAs, dashboards, and performance benchmarks.
Build SOPs, automation systems, and reporting frameworks.
Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making.

6. Analytics & Performance Tracking

Build SEO dashboards to track:
Organic traffic
Keyword growth
Conversion rates
Assisted revenue
Domain authority and backlink health
Own monthly performance reviews and growth projections.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark tracking.

Key Metrics of Success

Organic traffic growth (MoM & YoY)
Increase in top 3 and top 10 keyword rankings
Organic lead generation & revenue contribution
Improvement in domain authority
Reduction in dependency on paid acquisition

Candidate Profile

Experience

4 - 8 years in SEO / Organic Marketing.
Minimum 3–4 years in a leadership role managing teams.
Experience in high-competition industries (EdTech preferred).
Proven track record of scaling traffic from 0 to significant volumes.
